Entering three new countries without a paid media misfire

A mid-market consumer brand needed to expand from the UK into Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The original plan called for translating existing UK campaigns directly. Audience discovery work found that the DACH buyer researched far more extensively before purchase, and responded poorly to the promotional tone that worked in the UK.

We rebuilt the campaign around a more evidence-led message, tested pricing separately in each of the three markets, and sequenced the launch — Germany first, then Austria and Switzerland six weeks later once channel performance was confirmed.

Rebuilding a go-to-market plan around the buyer that actually converts

The client had strong traction in the US but had stalled for over a year trying to grow in Europe using the same ideal customer profile. Interviews with recently lost EU deals revealed the actual buying committee looked meaningfully different from the US pattern — procurement was involved much earlier in the process.

We rebuilt the ICP for the EU market specifically, adjusted messaging to address procurement concerns earlier in the funnel, and retrained the sales team's qualification criteria around the new profile.

Validating demand in four cities before opening a single location

A retail franchise brand wanted to open locations across four APAC cities simultaneously. Rather than committing capital on assumption, we ran a market validation study across all four before any lease was signed.

The study found strong demand signal in two cities and materially weaker signal in the other two, largely due to an established local competitor with similar positioning. Capital originally allocated to the weaker markets was redirected to accelerate the stronger two.

Finding the segment a generic targeting strategy had missed entirely

A fintech client was targeting a broad small-business audience with flat performance across channels. Deeper audience research surfaced a specific, underserved sub-segment — businesses in a narrow revenue band with a specific cash-flow pattern — that competitors had overlooked.

Repositioning the product messaging and targeting around this segment specifically, rather than the broad market, produced a sharper campaign with materially better conversion economics.
